Senna at Canyon Trails offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. Carriage homes are also available, featuring private garages and distinctive layouts that provide an elevated sense of privacy and convenience. Each residence showcases modern finishes and open spaces that reflect the relaxed sophistication of desert living. 

Our community features a collection of amenities designed to complement an active, social, and rejuvenating lifestyle. Enjoy a sparkling resort-style pool with cabanas, a fully equipped clubhouse, and a modern fitness center with separate yoga and spin studios. You’ll also find micro-offices in the Wi-Fi Lounge, ideal for focused remote work or study sessions. 

Our parking is managed through our third-party partner, Parkade, allowing residents to easily register vehicles and manage parking digitally. Each leaseholder is allowed one vehicle for free. Carports, detached garages, and additional parking spots are available for a monthly fee. No, all apartments at Senna are unfurnished, allowing residents to personalize their space to match their own style and comfort preferences. This flexibility helps you create a home that feels uniquely yours within our beautifully designed community.

Yes. Every apartment home at Senna includes a brand-new, full-size washer and dryer set. This ensures the convenience of in-home laundry without compromising the community’s clean, modern aesthetic. 

Your monthly rent covers your apartment home and full access to our community amenities. Utilities and amenity fees are billed separately but conveniently combined with your rent into one monthly payment. For details on specific fees, please visit our Community Fees page. 

Yes. The fitness center at Senna at Canyon Trails includes two separate spaces—one featuring full cardio and strength equipment, and another enclosed studio for yoga, spin, or rowing. This thoughtful layout creates an energetic yet peaceful space for wellness at every level. 

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents as part of the lease agreement. This helps ensure that both you and your neighbors enjoy a safe and protected living environment. 

Cox Communications is the exclusive provider for internet and cable services at Senna at Canyon Trails. Residents can choose from a range of plans to suit their streaming, work-from-home, or entertainment needs. 

Yes. Utilities and amenity fees are billed separately but combined with rent for convenience. Certain monthly fees like our resident services fee and technology bundle will also apply. For a full breakdown of monthly fees and optional services, please refer to our Community Fees page. 

Rent payments can be made securely online through the resident portal using ACH transfer, debit card, or credit card. Automatic payments are also available for residents who prefer a hands-free, consistent billing experience. 

A school bus stop is located near the front gates of Senna at Canyon Trails, offering convenient access for local students. While public bus service in Goodyear is limited, major roadways and rideshare services make commuting simple and accessible. 

Senna at Canyon Trails is located within the Agua Fria School District, providing access to respected local schools for families in the area. We recommend confirming current enrollment information directly with the district for the most accurate details. 

Our community is conveniently located near Avondale, Buckeye, and Tolleson—three of the West Valley’s most vibrant and growing areas. This prime location places you close to local shopping, dining, and major highways for easy access across Goodyear and beyond. 

Yes. Everyday conveniences are just minutes away, including Target, Walmart, Fry’s, and Safeway. For dining and coffee, you’ll find local favorites like Starbucks, Wingstop, and Ulta nearby, making errands and outings effortless.

Yes. Senna at Canyon Trails is a pet-friendly community that warmly welcomes dogs and cats. With convenient outdoor spaces, a dog park, and a paw parlor, our community is designed to make pets feel as at home as their owners. In addition to our on-site dog park and paw parlor, Senna at Canyon Trails’ location near the heart of Goodyear means easy access to pet-friendly cafes, walking paths, and outdoor spaces for adventures with your four-legged friend.

Yes. Senna at Canyon Trails complies with all Fair Housing and ADA regulations, welcoming service animals and emotional support animals with appropriate documentation. Our team is happy to assist with any accommodation requests.
